We have adopted André and Pierre Astrié’s invention without modification. In our view, faithfulness to their invention is crucial to the quality and performance of your stone mill. We are therefore faithful to the Astrié brothers’ invention in terms of dimensions, manufacturing techniques and original design.
The most efficient stone mill on the market
Astréia currently manufactures the most efficient stone-ground flour mill on the market in terms of extraction rate in a single pass: 80% (soft wheat – T80).

If you want a local flour that is a true reflection of the cereal (or seed) you are crushing, then Moulin Astréia is the obvious choice. At our mill, the grain is rolled between the millstones, gently removed from its husk to produce a rich, nutritious flour.

Our lead times
Our manufacturing lead times are currently a maximum of 3 months in 2023 after signing the quotation and receiving the deposit. We are working to reduce this lead time to ensure customer satisfaction.
