Transfer screw between the grain brush and the Astréïa mills

An option which makes it possible to make the link between the grain brush Astréïa and the Astreia Mills.

The transfer screw thus makes it possible to carry out a complete installation between the grain brush and the production of the flour on our Mills. 

​

It is a worm screw with two modes of operation: 

• "Basic" version: The auger plugs into a 16A three-phase socket and has manual on/off operation controlled by an on/off button .

​

• "Automatic" version: The grain auger is connected to a three-phase socket and also to the grain brush via a specific connector. A low level sensor is inserted into the hopper to be filled with brushed grain. Operation is then 100% automatic and autonomous.

There are two versions of the Vis.
A version if you have the brush and the grinder at the same level
and a version if the brush and the grinder are arranged on 2 different levels

All our products are designed on our farm in the Hérault in France, are then designed by our in-house design office, then manufactured by our

companions without spot cutting.

Nous avons développé 2 longueurs de vis de transfert universelle : une longue adaptée à toutes les machines et une courte compatible à la brosse à grains et la décortiqueuse Astreïa.

  • dimension courte : hauteur maximale 2 230mm

  • dimension longue : hauteur maximale 2 835mm

  • Option Big Bag comprenant un Big Bag de 1m3 avec goulotte haute et basse + vanne de vidange, le support avec cadre renforcé et réglable permettant de s'adapter aux différentes tailles de Big Bag existantes.

  • Option trémie rigide avec une trémie d'une capacité de 2m3.
