What is the lead time?
Our manufacturing lead times are 2 to 3 months maximum after signing the quotation and receiving the deposit. We have reduced this lead time every year by focusing on the work of our craftsmen, who learn in our workshop and then manufacture your mill from A to Z, without cutting out the stains!
Do you sell a second-hand stone flour mill?
We do not sell second-hand stone flour mills as we prefer to work with a parts and labour warranty to ensure a quality product and workmanship.
What is the flour output of a stone mill with a diameter of 50cm?
Between 14 and 15 kilos of flour per hour. But with extraction and bagging (optional) and a continuous supply of wheat, we can make up to 6 tonnes of flour a month. That’s more than the quota (35 tonnes of soft wheat/year).
Do you only make one model of mill with wheels 50 cm in diameter?
No, by 2023 we will be manufacturing several types of mills
- 50cm diameter mill to produce around 6 tonnes of flour per month
- 100 cm diameter mill to produce around 12 tonnes of flour per month

Can you make T65?
Here, we’d like to ask you the question so that we can give you a better answer! Would you like to ?
1) whiter flour?
2) a real T65?
Would you like a whiter flour?
The first step is to work on the wheat itself. By dusting and brushing it. The flour is then much whiter, without going for an unsuitable standard and with an excellent extraction rate in a single pass.
Do you want real T65 flour with the corresponding ash content?
The T65 typology is a standard made for milling on cylinders, which gives a flour that is an assembly of starch and gluten with an arbitrarily fixed carbon content. Quite the opposite of a nutritious local flour with the germ, reflecting the entire wheat grain. That said, it is possible to obtain a T65 flour with a finer sieve, but the extraction rate will no longer be 80% in a single pass. Today, we see no point in making this flour with a stone mill of the Moulin Astrié type.
