The Revolution mill

  • Function(s) : Grinding and sieving
  • Grinds all types of sufficiently dry seeds, except oilseeds (between 12 and 14% moisture content for wheat).
  • Extraction rate of 80% in a single pass (for wheat flour). Output of 60kg/h for bise wheat flour.
  • 100cm millstones made from Sidobre granite
  • Hopper capacity: 55L, i.e. 40kg of wheat
  • Sifter made of birch CP
  • 300µ sieve included (T80 equivalent). Other mesh openings are available as an option

  • New grain dosing system incorporating :
    • precise calibration of the grain flow rate is possible at any time by turning the auger system through 180°.
    • the auger dosing system
    • a box for grain flow management
    • a sensor at the outlet of the dosing system which detects the flow of grain and provides a number of safety functions: stopping the mill if
      • the hopper is empty
      • there is a blockage at the bottom of the hopper or in the dosing screw
      • the dosing unit has failed
      • if the grinding wheels are completely jammed or if the mill belts break
  • Potentiometer knob for precise, repeatable adjustment of the selected flow rate
    • Fine-tuning, encrypted and repeatable
    • Simple, reliable mechanical system that requires no maintenance
  • 2 to 3-fold increase in bran extraction capacity thanks to new screen: increased diameter of outlet tube and enlarged internal sound collector and screen
  • Improved management of humidity levels in the sifting machine with the installation of a more powerful fan that draws in hot, humid air to cool the flour instantly, and an automatic cloth cleaning system.
  • Significant improvement in energy efficiency, producing 21kg/kWh, i.e. less than 1 cent of electricity per kilogram of flour produced.

How the mill works
Astreïa Revolution

The grain is unwound using a spring-loaded oscillating grinding wheel system, which ensures slow action. As a result, the grain is not crushed and only one pass is required.

Astrié millstones help to preserve the starch-gluten bonds, the protein base and all the nutrients by incorporating the grain germ. Your flour is more supple and easier to work with, and above all more nutritious and digestible for your customers.

Astreïa flour is the exact reflection of the grain, a real local flour!

Bagging New 14-outlet version for ML50 / ML100 / REVOLUTION

Compact boom (total length less than 2m40 for 14 bags).

Hygienic solution because it’s easy to clean (no tools required).
The top of the trough is fitted with a hinged transparent cover for quick and easy cleaning.

The 14 bags give 24hrs autonomy on the ML50 – 12hrs on the ML100 – 6hrs on the ML REVOLUTION.

The bags are attached tightly to the bagging ramp.
The bags do not tip over, no dust is generated and no contamination is possible from the outside.

You can choose which bags to fill and which not, thanks to trap doors.

Horizontal ramp, all bags are filled equally.

Ventilated bagging ramp to eliminate the risk of condensation.

Bran Elevation Screw for ML100 & ML REVOLUTION mills

Allows the bran leaving the sieve to be transferred to a large container (a Big-Bag and its support, for example).

Flour lifting screw for REVOLUTION mill

Allows flour to be lifted out of the sifting mill and fed to the 14-bag bagging ramp, keeping the mill on the ground.

Support table for ML100 & ML REVOLUTION mills

Do-it-yourself support table, pre-drilled for quick installation with no special tools.
This support table is available in the dimensions for the Moulin Astréïa ML100 and the ML REVOLUTION.
Advantages:
The intermediate tray allows you to store a sieve & other accessories.
Easy to assemble using a screwdriver to fix the trays and a hexagonal key (supplied) for the structure (fittings + tubes).
Strong, stable table – Non-slip CP tops with better mechanical properties than standard plywood, high resistance to wear and moisture and an easy-to-clean finish.

Settings and maintenance
Automatic mill shutdown when the hopper is empty thanks to a capacitive sensor, or when all the flour bags on the bagging ramp are full.

All our machines come with a 1-year parts and labour warranty, and for added peace of mind we offer preventive and corrective maintenance contracts.
