How the mill works
Astreïa Revolution
The grain is unwound using a spring-loaded oscillating grinding wheel system, which ensures slow action. As a result, the grain is not crushed and only one pass is required.
Astrié millstones help to preserve the starch-gluten bonds, the protein base and all the nutrients by incorporating the grain germ. Your flour is more supple and easier to work with, and above all more nutritious and digestible for your customers.
Astreïa flour is the exact reflection of the grain, a real local flour!

Bagging New 14-outlet version for ML50 / ML100 / REVOLUTION
Compact boom (total length less than 2m40 for 14 bags).
Hygienic solution because it’s easy to clean (no tools required).
The top of the trough is fitted with a hinged transparent cover for quick and easy cleaning.
The 14 bags give 24hrs autonomy on the ML50 – 12hrs on the ML100 – 6hrs on the ML REVOLUTION.
The bags are attached tightly to the bagging ramp.
The bags do not tip over, no dust is generated and no contamination is possible from the outside.
You can choose which bags to fill and which not, thanks to trap doors.
Horizontal ramp, all bags are filled equally.
Ventilated bagging ramp to eliminate the risk of condensation.

Bran Elevation Screw for ML100 & ML REVOLUTION mills
Allows the bran leaving the sieve to be transferred to a large container (a Big-Bag and its support, for example).

Flour lifting screw for REVOLUTION mill
Allows flour to be lifted out of the sifting mill and fed to the 14-bag bagging ramp, keeping the mill on the ground.

Support table for ML100 & ML REVOLUTION mills
Do-it-yourself support table, pre-drilled for quick installation with no special tools.
This support table is available in the dimensions for the Moulin Astréïa ML100 and the ML REVOLUTION.
Advantages:
The intermediate tray allows you to store a sieve & other accessories.
Easy to assemble using a screwdriver to fix the trays and a hexagonal key (supplied) for the structure (fittings + tubes).
Strong, stable table – Non-slip CP tops with better mechanical properties than standard plywood, high resistance to wear and moisture and an easy-to-clean finish.

Transparent grinding wheel for ML100 & ML REVOLUTION mills
