All our Astreïa products are designed and manufactured by our own teams, so we know exactly what we’re doing. They come with a 12-month parts and labour warranty.

A technical problem with your Astreïa machine?

Whether your product is under manufacturer’s warranty or out of warranty, we provide our own after-sales service and respond within 2 hours to a maximum of 10 days.

Our After-Sales Service is available by telephone every day from Monday to Friday on +334 83 43 22 12.

In order to provide you with the most appropriate solution (remote troubleshooting by telephone, dispatch of spare parts, on-site intervention according to your availability or replacement solution), we define together the impact of the troubleshooting or breakdown on your business, depending on the time of year and your needs.
