A mutually agreed end date for production
As soon as you place your order with Astréïa, we will be able to give you a manufacturing completion date. Once your Astréïa mill has been manufactured, we usually invite you to our premises to learn how to use your mill.
Test your mill with your cereals
We think it’s important for you to bring your cereals with you so that we can test them and advise you on the settings to be made depending on the result you want to achieve.
Test your Astrié mill according to your objectives
It’s a time for sharing best practice and advice from the field.
Once you feel at ease and all your questions have been answered, you can leave with your Astrié mill ready to install in your home.
How can I make the most of my Moulin?
After several years of using a mill in our bakery and with the experience of manufacturing Astrié mills, we feel that it is vital for the success of your project that you are perfectly clear about how to use your Astrié mill.
That’s why we’ve combined these two moments: training and the start of the mill.
Pick up the mill or have it delivered?
Occasionally, customers have asked us for a delivery service. However, private transport rates for machine tools of this size are very high. In agreement with the majority of our customers, we have always opted to combine your visit to us with training and familiarisation with the Astrié mill.
How do you transport the mill?
For transport, we recommend a vehicle of the type
- “Expert”,
- “Trafic”,
- “Jumpy”,
- “Transporter”
- or equivalent.
For loading, we will place the mill in the vehicle using a pallet truck that we have in the workshop.
For unloading, we recommend :
- a pallet truck (the mill is transported in pallet boxes) or
- a vehicle with a tailgate allowing you to lift and lower the mill
