When you purchase an Astreïa machine, we offer you training in its use so that you can start your processing activity with complete peace of mind and optimise your yield from the very first use. This training covers the settings of your machine, how to clean it thoroughly, the main checks you may need to carry out in the event of minor breakdowns, how to dismantle the mill to gain access to the grinding wheel, etc. Training is compulsory for the purchase of a mill, but optional for our other machines.
The training provided by our teams at our sites in Ain and Hérault, or remotely, takes place when the machine is picked up. Thanks to an online training area, you can access it at any time and share it with all your employees who will be using your new machine.
