How do you source the grain
for your flour?

  • From your usual miller, who can supply you with ready-to-grind grain,
  • From a cereal farmer to reduce the number of intermediaries and enhance traceability,
  • Directly from Astreïa. As a cereal farmer, we produce our own wheat and can supply you with raw materials.
