I wanted to get an Astrié because I think they’re good mills.
I wanted a good tool for my job. I’d had very bad feedback on other stone mills, not to mention the merits of the Astrié, which I’d heard so much about.
I chose Astréïa because it’s close to where I live, the manufacturer responds quickly and explicitly, the website is good and waiting times are short.
I had the mill right from the start of my business. And I’m very satisfied with it. As soon as I had any questions, the Sav was at the top of his game!
